Booking Information

(Please read the information below before completing the Online Booking Form)

Booking: Please return your completed booking form with full payment no later than 30 days prior to the course date. Payments for bookings made less than 30 days prior to course date must be sent immediately.

Once payment has been received you will then be confirmed on your chosen course.

Minimum numbers: The minimum numbers of candidates required for a course to run is 6. If this number is not reached 2 weeks prior to the course date we reserve the right to cancel the course and offer you an alternative date that meets your requirements.

Minimum age: All candidates must be 18 years or over.

Cancellation by you: On receiving written/e-mail notice of your cancellation you will be charged the following part of your total course cost.

More than 30 days Full refund

21-30 days 25%

14-21 days 50%

Less than 14 days 100%

Cancellation by us: The Company will only cancel a course if the minimum numbers required are not reached or if it is forced to do so by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances. If the company cancels your course you will be offered an alternative. If this is not acceptable the company will offer a full refund.

Course Cost: £120


Company Responsibilities: We accept no responsibility for any damage/loss or theft of bicycles or other equipment or injury to the candidate which occur as a result of cycling on or off road or while in transit in any vehicle or at any other time during the course.

Provision of Information: Any information provided by the company or its representatives is done so in good faith but without any liability on behalf of the company or it's representatives.
